J-Pimentel Companies, LLC ("JPC", "we", "us", or "our"), is a licensed plumbing service company based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, serving the Sioux Falls metro and surrounding communities. This policy explains the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) communications we send to customers and how to manage those messages.
We send service-related (transactional) SMS/MMS messages to customers who have booked or requested service with us. These include:
We do not send marketing texts. We do not send promotional, advertising, or bulk messages. Every text we send is about service you have booked or requested.
Message frequency is transactional and as-needed. Most customers receive between 1 and 6 messages per service call (booking confirmation, reminder, ETA, arrival, completion, invoice/payment). Frequency varies based on the nature of the job.
Texting is part of how J-Pimentel Companies, LLC delivers service. By booking service with us, you agree to receive the service text messages described above at the mobile number you give us. You book service, and give that consent, in one of these ways:
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Because we do not send marketing texts, we never ask you to agree to marketing messages. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP. If you opt out, we will stop texting you and will contact you about your service by phone or email instead.
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from our line. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed, and we will not send further SMS messages to your number. J-Pimentel Companies, LLC does not charge you to receive SMS messages from us. However, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Messages are delivered through all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We take customer privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any other personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for the purpose of communicating about your service are used solely for that purpose and are not shared with unrelated third parties. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the website or a service notice.
